Welcome to VixeonAgents, a digital solutions provider specializing in AI-integrated website development and automation tools for real estate professionals. VixeonAgents operates as a division of VixeonLabs, a registered technology firm headquartered in the Republic of the Philippines.
This document outlines our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy, which govern the use of our services (“Services”) and our data handling practices. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1. About VixeonAgents
VixeonAgents does not develop or own proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) models. Instead, we integrate third-party AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and chatbot engines into custom-built websites to help real estate agents streamline lead generation, automate communication, and manage tasks such as appointment scheduling.All AI-powered features are configured by VixeonAgents, but the underlying AI systems are sourced from established providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Meta, or others). We maintain strict controls on API usage and ensure all integrations are compliant with international data privacy regulations.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 Eligibility and Scope
These Terms apply to all clients, users, visitors, and end-users of websites built and maintained by VixeonAgents. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under the laws of your country to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2 Services Provided
VixeonAgents offers the following services:
Custom website design and development
AI chatbot integration using third-party APIs
CRM and calendar automation integrations
Landing pages and lead management features
Ongoing support and platform updates (as per service level agreement)
2.3 Client Reponsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes in the real estate industry.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Not use Services to transmit spam, harmful code, or illegal content.
Not duplicate, reverse engineer, or resell VixeonAgents' platform or integrations without written consent.
2.4 Payment Terms
All fees for Services must be paid as specified in your service agreement or chosen pricing plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which shall be the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not issued for partial use, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly agreed in writing.
2.5 Intellectual Property
VixeonLabs Inc. retains full ownership of:
All software code, backend logic, design templates, and proprietary processes developed in connection with VixeonAgents
Any AI-related scripts, configurations, or training prompts customized for client use
The client retains ownership of:
Their business content, brand assets, media, listings, and customer data
A non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to the client for the use of the website and related automation tools during the term of the agreement.
2.6 Service Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. VixeonAgents may immediately suspend or terminate access if:
The client breaches any term of this Agreement
There is suspected or confirmed misuse of the platform
Payment obligations are not met after repeated notices
Upon termination, access will be revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days, unless required to be retained by law.
3. Privacy Policy
VixeonAgents is committed to protecting the privacy and data rights of its clients and their users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, and how we ensure compliance with the following frameworks:
Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)
General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Other applicable international regulations
4. Data Collection
We collect the following categories of data:
Client data: Name, email, phone number, billing information, business details
Website visitor data: Analytics, cookies, chatbot interactions, IP addresses
CRM or contact form data (submitted by website users): Names, emails, phone numbers, inquiry messages
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
5. Data Usage
We process personal data to:
Deliver and maintain your Services
Set up and optimize AI integrations
Provide technical support
Analyze platform performance
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, lease, or trade your data to third parties. AI integrations process data solely for your intended use and do not train or retain your data beyond the session (per the policies of the third-party AI provider).
6. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate AI services and tools from external providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, Zapier, Vapi). These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all vendors we use maintain GDPR- and CCPA-compliant data practices, including appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) where necessary.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove such information.
8. Data Storage and Security
We retain client data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by law. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected parties and regulators within the timeframe required under applicable law.
9. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies for website functionality, analytics, and user experience enhancement. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies, unless you opt out via your browser settings or our cookie consent banner (where applicable).

As a company based in the Philippines with international clientele, we may transfer and process personal data outside of your country
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved by amicable negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of Cebu City, Cebu, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
12. Agreement Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of our Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
